These Warranty Terms govern the repair and replacement of products sold by InterZAG G.P. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our products, the customer (“you” or “customer”) acknowledges and accepts these warranty terms.

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

  • We provide a 24-month warranty from the invoice date covering defects attributable to materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • The warranty includes both parts and labor for necessary repairs.

  • This warranty applies to both domestic and international customers under the same conditions.

  • The warranty is valid from the date the product is sold as new and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., seals, bulbs, consumables).

  • Damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or use of incorrect voltage.

  • Damage occurring during transportation or after delivery.

  • Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or natural disasters.

  • Use of the product for a purpose other than originally intended or recommended.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly not approved by us.

  • Costs associated with third-party repairs or services.

  • Any non-InterZAG components attached to or sold with the product.

Any attempt to repair the product by an unauthorized technician voids the warranty, unless we have granted prior written approval.

3. Repair & Replacement Policy

  • Warranty repairs are performed exclusively at our premises.

  • Customers must return the defective product to our facility at their own cost.

  • We will decide, at our sole discretion, whether to repair or replace the defective part or machine.

  • We may use new or reconditioned parts for repairs.

  • In extreme cases, if a repair is not feasible, we may replace the machine, but we do not offer refunds.

  • All replaced parts under warranty become the property of InterZAG.

  • The repair, modification, or replacement of parts during the warranty period does not extend the original warranty duration.

4. Alternative Repair Option

  • If the customer wishes to avoid shipping costs, we may send a replacement part instead of requiring the full machine to be shipped.

  • In this case, the customer:

    • Bears the cost of shipping the replacement part.

    • Must arrange and pay for a local technician to install the part.

    • We cover the cost of the replacement part itself.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Notify us via email at [email protected].

  2. Provide:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

    • Serial number of the product.

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

  3. Claims must be submitted within the 24-month warranty period.

  4. The defective product may be subject to inspection at our facility before approval of a claim.

6. Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product to our facility.

  • After the repair, we will return the product at the customer’s expense.

  • If we determine that the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer may choose:

    • To have the product returned without repair (at their cost), or

    • To proceed with a repair at their own expense, based on our non-warranty repair rates.

  • If, after the repair is completed, the customer does not collect the product within one (1) month after written notification, InterZAG:

    • Assumes no responsibility for accidental, total, or partial damage to the product.

    • Issues an invoice for storage costs.

    • Considers the product abandoned if not collected within three (3) months after repair completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our sole liability under this warranty is repair or replacement.

  • We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, lost profits, downtime, or third-party repair costs.

  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law & Compliance

  • These Warranty Terms comply with Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection and EU Consumer Protection Directives.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under Greek law in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
